Sublimation Print Disclaimer – Printed Exactly As Submitted

All Sublimation prints are printed exactly as submitted, with no edits, adjustments, or design changes made to your artwork. Your file will be printed as-is, including all colors, text, backgrounds, shadows, and placements exactly as they appear in your upload. PLEASE DO NOT MIRROR IMAGE!

Please ensure your design is ready to print, high-resolution (300 DPI or higher), and sized correctly before placing your order. We do not correct spelling errors, color issues, or transparency effects, and we do not remove backgrounds or resize artwork.

✅ The RIGHT Way to Upload a Gang Sheet (Good Quality & Ready to Print)

  • Images are fully cropped — no excess white or blank background spacing around each design. Everything is trimmed tight to the artwork.
  • High resolution — at least 300 DPI for a clean, sharp print.
  • Transparent PNGs or clean-edged images — no fuzzy, pixelated, or low-quality screenshots.
  • Designs are laid out efficiently — no huge gaps between images. Everything is spaced just enough to safely cut without wasting space.
  • True-to-print colors — no extra filters or shadows unless you want them printed.
  • CMYK or RGB is fine — as long as colors are bright and clean (no dull/grainy files).
  • The overall gang sheet fills the space — edge-to-edge layout; not just one tiny design in the corner.

🚫 The WRONG Way to Upload a Gang Sheet (Will Cause Delays or Bad Prints)

  • Images left uncropped — large white or colored boxes around the design.
  • Screenshots or blurry photos — from a phone, Canva preview, or Facebook post.
  • Low-resolution files — grainy, pixelated, or under 200 DPI.
  • Huge empty spaces between images — wasting print space.
  • Background not removed when requested — expecting us to remove it (we print as-is).
  • One small graphic on a giant canvas — not properly arranged for gang sheet printing.
  • Transparent background image preview but actually still has a white/gray box when downloaded.

By submitting your artwork, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your design and understand that the print will reflect your original file exactly as provided.

🖤 General Pressing Instructions

  1. Set your heat press to the recommended temperature for your item (see chart below).
  2. Pre-press the surface (like shirts or blanks) for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
  3. Position your sublimation design face-down on the blank (printed side against the material).
  4. Secure with heat tape to prevent ghosting or shifting.
  5. Cover with butcher paper or parchment paper on top and bottom.
  6. Press with medium pressure.
  7. Carefully remove the paper immediately after pressing for the best color results.

✨ Pro Tips

  • Always test one item first — every press can vary slightly.
  • Avoid using Teflon sheets — use butcher paper only (Teflon can trap moisture).
  • Let items cool completely before removing tape or handling.
  • Use 100% polyester or polymer-coated surfaces for best color results.
